Compulsory Share Redemption Programme 2024

This followed the completion of a share redemption programme on the 12^th December 2024 at a price of €10.50 per share, which had been approved by shareholders at an EGM held on 21^st November 2024.

Share Consolidation 2023

In 2023, following a resolution approved by shareholders at an EGM on 28^th June 2023 and the completion of the 2023 share redemption programme, shares in Balmoral were consolidated and one new share of €0.001 was for every 100 ordinary shares €0.00001 previously held. New share certificates were issued to shareholders.

Voluntary Share Redemption Programme 2023

In July 2023 the company offered a voluntary share redemption programme at a price of 7 cent per Ordinary share of €0.00001.
