Balmoral commenced operations on 11 May 2006, initially trading as Blackrock International Land plc, following the acquisition of the property interests of Fyffes plc, the International Fresh Produce Group.
From the outset, the company’s portfolio included a diverse mix of investment properties generating stable rental income, as well as assets with significant development potential in superb locations targeted for growth.
In October 2010, the company rebranded as Balmoral International Land plc.
On 4 December 2024, Balmoral transitioned to private ownership, adopting the name Balmoral International Holdings Limited.

Balmoral is committed to enhancing value for our stakeholders through practical and positive asset management across our diverse portfolio, while remaining alert to new acquisition opportunities in Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
Our current portfolio is largely tenanted in both Ireland and the UK. The portfolio also includes significant landholdings and redevelopment sites with capacity for over 1,000 residential units, as well as a large amount of new industrial and warehouse space.
